Data Driven is at the forefront of digital marketing services and training. I have collaborated with the company to provide written versions of online tutorials, courses, and masterclasses.
Most recently, I have helped them to deliver a complete course on Google Analytics 4 to a very tight deadline, delivering write-ups to a 20-lesson course in less than 6 weeks.

My involvement has been to create Sales Playbooks based on the information that Drew has got from the client; transforming the raw data into clear and accessible guidelines, easy-to-follow checklists and toolkits.

Story Pro is an innovative new platform for content creation and distribution. I provided a full audit of their onboarding experience and gave feedback on UX issues and their support documentation.
I put together a detailed report with recommendations on how to improve their user experience and consolidate their support materials. I updated their current suite of user guides and optimized the documentation needed to get their users to their first “wow” moment.
I am providing ongoing support for their platform, expanding their FAQs section, and implementing updates when new functionality is released.
