Words are my craft. Systems are my strength.

I’ve always been fascinated by language — how the right words can make things click, guide a user forward, or unlock clarity amidst complexity. But over the years, I’ve discovered that good copy isn’t just about the words themselves. It’s about the systems and processes that keep those words consistent, scalable, and human.

From classrooms to platforms

I started my career teaching English, which gave me an eye for detail, grammar, and how people actually use language. From there, I moved into blended learning at Go English, where I managed projects, explored online learning platforms, and got my first taste of user experience design.

From product management to UX writing

At Learnlight, I stepped into the role of Product Manager, collaborating daily with engineers, designers, and content teams. I learned how features are developed, how to balance competing priorities, and how every detail of a product contributes to the bigger picture. Along the way, I carved out a niche in UX writing and documentation — shaping platform voice and tone, creating knowledge bases, and ensuring new features were understood and usable.

  • Sales Playbook Builder – Using AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to generate hundreds of sales playbooks, blending human expertise with automation.
